Instead of swinging along from bar to bar as in an overhead ladder design, children can cling on as if to the cliff face as they inch their way across the lower bar while using the upper bar for balance. The curvature of these bars, as well as the rungs throughout, provide an extra obstacle that children have to navigate around, adding a challenge that engages a child’s mind and keeps their bodies moving.
