Policies

  • Any shipment that is transported via full or dedicated truck will go direct to customer with no stops along the way
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to unload and properly store the order, unless a prior agreement exists.
  • If you hired professional installers through our company please reference our installation guide.
What to look for

  • Upon Delivery check shipping sticker to ensure that you have received the correct order.
  • Confirm that the crate is wrapped & twined, if not, inspect closely for damage.
  • Photograph the crate from all angles, photograph any damage

  • Look closely for:
    • Pallet damage or broken crate
    • Scratches, Scrapes & Dents
    • Torn Packaging
    • Paint Chips

  • The Carrier will contact customer within 24 hours of delivery.
  • 50-4,000 lb crate
  • Lots of parts and pieces
  • 12-16ft long crate that is 3-6ft wide
  • Team lift unload

  • Have at least 2-3 able bodied people ready to help unload
  • You will likely unload the crate piece by piece
  • Before the driver departs:
    • Inspect packaging for damage
    • Inspect contents for visible damage
    • Note any damage on the delivery receipt
  • Once the driver leaves:
    • Check contents of crate against the packing list provided.
    • Report any missing pieces or discrepancies to your sales associate within 72 hrs.
    • Failure to report any damage immediately may result in denial of claim.

  • Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before the driver departs the premises. This is to ensure that we have proper documentation in the event that we need to make a freight damage claim.
  • Failure to report any damage immediately may result in denial of claim.

  • After thoroughly checking the contents of your crate against the packing list, if you believe something is missing, you must report it to your sales associate within 72 hours of receiving your shipment.
  • Failure to report missing items within 72 hours of delivery may result in denial of claim.
